Our Finest Hour

In December of 1986, Frans Koffyberg and Feri Razavi produced the first high temperature superconductor in Canada. They went on, along with Bozidar Mitrovic to publish one of the three discovery papers in Physical Review Letters in 1987. Their work was mentioned in the Nobel Prize acceptance speech of the scientist who discovered high temperature superconductivity.
