Top-seeded solution growth (bibtex)

Abstract:

A highly effective method of growing large, single crystals is the Top-Seeded Solution Growth (TSSG) method. These high quality, large volume single crystals are of the order of 1 cm³ or larger. This method grows crystals in a relative short period of time and is used to grow single crystals such as SrTiO₃ and La₂CuO₄.
