All leaders will be housed in the residences at the University of Sudbury, an affiliated college of Laurnetian University.  
Sunday, July 13 Welcome and Evening BBQ! All day Arrivals at the airport and at Laurentian University Teams arriving by road should proceed to the Single Students Residence on the campus of Laurentian University.   Teams arriving by air on Sunday(and who have informed us of their arrival time) will be greeted at the airport by their Guide and bused to the University.   1200-1330 Lunch in the Great Hall 1300-1700 Check-in to University of Sudbury residences &emdash; text editor check in Science Building, Laurentian University 1645-1830 Buses to Science North. The shuttle buses will run continuously until 1830.   1800-2300 Welcome Party at Science North - featuring an outdoor BBQ, lumberjack show, and some special guests!   2100-2300 Shuttle buses back to Laurentian. Buses will shuttle continuously.  
Monday, July 14 Opening Ceremonies 0700-0900 Breakfast at the Great Hall 0930-0945 Walk over to Fraser Auditorium from University of Sudbury residence. 1000-1130 Opening Ceremonies Fraser Auditorium, Laurentian University Guest of Honour: Lt. Colonel Chris Hadfield, Chief Astronaut of the Canadian Space Agency 1200-1330 Leaders Reception in the Science Cafeteria, one floor above the Fraser Auditorium 1400-1900 Experimental Exam Meeting Auditorium, Willet Green Miller Centre, Laurentian University 1900-2030 Dinner at Canisius Hall, University of Sudbury 2000--> Translation of the Experimental Exam Computer Centre, Science Building, Laurentian University  
Tuesday, July 15 SNO and tours (Experimental exam for students) 0730-0900 Breakfast at the Science Cafeteria 1000-1030 Transportation to Steelworkers Hall for presentation on the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory (SNO). Buses will leave from in front of the Single Students Residence (SSR). 1030-1200 Presentation on the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory by Project Director, Dr. Art MacDonald, Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario   1200-1330 Lunch at Steelworkers Hall, sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Sudbury and the Regional Municipality of Sudbury 1330-1800 Tours of the Sudbury region, including underground tours at the Big Nickel Mine and bus tours of INCO's surface operations, including a trip to Creighton Mine, site of the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory. 1800-2000 Dinner in the Great Hall 1930--> Pre-marking of Experimental Exam, along with activities in the LaForge Lounge, University of Sudbury
Wednesday, July 16 Science North Day   0700-0830 Breakfast at the Great Hall 0845-0915 Buses depart from the SSR for Science North. 0900-1300 - See the shows and enjoy the exhibits at Science North. - Fasten your seatbelts for five-storey high, 300 km/h Indy car racing in the Imax film, Super Speedway. - Head for Mars in the Virtual Voyages motion simulator. 1200-1330 Lunch at Science North 1230-1330 Shuttle buses will return Leaders to Laurentian University 1400-1900 Theory Exam Meeting Auditorium, Willet Green Miller Centre, Laurentian University 1900-2030 Dinner in the Science II Cafeteria, , Laurentian University 2000--> Translation of the Theory Exam &emdash; Computer Centre, Science Building, Laurentian University  
Thursday, July 17 Board meeting (Theory exam for students) 0730-0900 Breakfast at the Science Cafeteria 0900-1430 Morning activities, including underground and surface mining tours, golf, boating, sailing, fishing, hiking and others. Leaders will have a chance to sign up for these activities at The Headframe in the SSR. 1200-1300 Lunch in the Great Hall 1500-1730 Meeting of the IPhO International Board Auditorium, Willet Green Miller Centre, Laurentian University 1800--> Outdoor dinner event: The Roving Rotisserie Canisius Hall, University of Sudbury 1930- Pre-marking of Experimental Exam, along with activities in the LaForge Lounge, University of Sudbury  
Friday, July 18 Grading/moderation 0730-0900 Breakfast in the Great Hall 0900-1200 Experimental exam moderation &emdash; University of Sudbury 1200-1330 Lunch in Canisius Hall 1300-1630 Experimental exam moderation &emdash; University of Sudbury 1530-1700 Buses will depart for Yesterday's Resort on the French River, about 50 km (30 mi) south of Sudbury 1630-2300 Yesterday's Resort Dinner, swimming, fishing, boating, horseshoes, and more   2200-2300 Transportation back to Sudbury
Saturday, July 19 Grading/moderation, plus Free time/shopping 0800-1200 Brunch at the Great Hall 0900-1200 Theory Exam moderation &emdash; University of Sudbury 1100-1700 Shuttle buses will travel a route between Laurentian University, the City Centre Shopping Mall, the New Sudbury Shopping Mall, the Sudbury Gem and Mineral Show at the Carmichael arena, Science North, and Bell Park on Lake Ramsey;   Use the shuttle to go shopping, to enjoy the beach, or just to get into the city.   1200-1330 Lunch in the Great Hall 1300-1630 Theory Exam moderation &emdash; University of Sudbury 1800-1930 Dinner in the Great Hall 2000-2100 Final Marks Canisius Hall, University of Sudbury 2100--> Refreshments and activities in the U of S LaForge Lounge
Sunday, July 20 INCO Awards Ceremony and Closing Banquet   1000-1200 Brunch in the Great Hall   1030-1300 Frisbee golf tournament, Laurentian University   1330-1415 Preparation for the INCO Awards Ceremony; all teams, leaders and guides will assemble at the Fraser Auditorium   1430-1600 INCO Awards Ceremony Fraser Auditorium, Laurentian University. Guest of honour: 1994 Nobel Laureate in Physics, Dr. Bertram Brockhouse, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario   1700-1800 Buses will depart from the SSR to take people to the Caruso Club for the Closing Banquet   1800-2400 Closing Banquet Caruso Club, Sudbury   2200-2400 Shuttle buses will run regularly between the Caruso Club and Laurentian University.
Monday, July 21 Departures   0700-0900 Breakfast in the Great Hall   0700---> Shuttle buses to the airport & other departures
