Detailed Description

This file contains the function called by the fitting routines for calculating the reflectivity curve. The formulas are defined in the module <Calculating the reflectivity>.

Functions

double calcReflectivity (double q, double *a, Parratt *par)

Wrapper for calculating the reflectivity with background, instrumental resolution, and surface coverage.

double calcParratt (double q, double *a, Parratt *par)

Actually calculates the reflectivity.

double calcNoFilm (double q, double *a, Parratt *par)

Calculates the reflectivity of the bulk/substrate interface.

double lookupResolution (double q, Parratt *par)

Returns the instrumental resolution at a particular q value.
