The optional parameter controls the resolution of the hardcopy and
specifies the dots per inch. The valid resolutions are: 100, 150, and
300. The default is 150.

The optional parameter controls the number of continuous pages of output.
The HP PaintJet, as well as the LJ250, is a colour bitmap device that
allows for a single plot to cover from one to a maximum of 5 continuous
pages. If graphics is being monitored on a colour monitor, the colours
used on the Inkjet will be the same as on the monitor, except that black
and white will be interchanged.
