A thin-walled hollow cylinder and a solid cylinder of the same mass m and radius r start from rest at the top of an inclined plane. Ignoring energy losses due to retarding forces (friction, air resistance) determine which cylinder has the greatest translational speed upon reaching the bottom of the incline.
